This is the ONLY pest control company we have used since moving here 8 years ago. They have helped us through black widow spiders, ants, rodents, fiber eating beetles (I am a knitter), and other crawling things. In every case, they solved the problem and checked back regularly. I trust and respect my technician, Jesse, who is competent and friendly. The fees are reasonable, and the staff in the office are all polite and responsive. A great company in every way.

I called Griffin for help with a potential rat infestation in our attic as well as to monitor the termite issue that was treated 3 years ago by a different company. I was given a next day appointment to which Brian Chambers showed up on time to the minute. He completed a thorough inspection of the entire house and attic and managed to locate the tiniest of entry points on the gable of the roof which had enabled a roof rat to enter and take up residence in the box of Christmas decorations. He inspected for termite droppings as well. The following day we received two inspection reports and quotes via email. As we were in better shape than we knew regarding potential pest issues, we elected to take a wait and see approach and ended up catching the one rat who had sneaked into the attic. We will continue to monitor the termites as it is a matter of time before they return. If you have a pest control problem be assured you are in the best of hands with this company! I had five quotes to treat my termite problem. Brian came out and was no nonsense didn't try to sell me on anything just did his inspection in a professional manner and explain to couple things to me. I got the quote shortly thereafter and it was the most reasonable out of all the five. I also needed wood work done on the house due to the termite damage. Several of the companies I got quotes from said they would just cut out portions and replace pieces of wood. This company replaced the entire board for each area that needed it, no cutting and pasting! They did a great job, painted it well and it looks professional. When the fumigation guys came, I thought I had bagged and removed everything in my house ( believe me when you start to do it you realize it's a bigger job and you have more stuff than you think). Thank goodness they did a double check of the kitchen cabinets after I was gone. When I got home, I saw three bags on the kitchen counter that I did not leave there. I realized I had missed an entire cabinet of my spices and alcohol. They did it all for me and left it on the counter and didn't even say a word. Overall, I am very pleased with Brian and Griffin Pest Management. Brian always responded immediately to my concerns and was nothing less than professional. I am very critical of a company based on their customer service and this company far exceeded my standards.I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

I love these guys! Griffin bought out happy pest-control and the reason why I went with happy pest-control was because their products were as close to non-toxic is you can get. And to be frank I don't like killing insects I think that they are an important part of our ecosystem I just don't want brown widows in my home. The guys come around and move any noticeable spiders off of my home and into the brush nearby. And then they spray the perimeter of my home to keep the pass away. It's about as close as you can get to a no kill pest-control. In the beginning yes I noticed dead bugs but now they just don't come around. My home was long over-due for termite fumigation. Griffin Pest Management was one of 5 companies that I contacted for bids. There were others that I liked as well but either the price was higher or the wood work wasn't done by the same company. Andy made it happen! His crew came out and marked all of the wood areas that needed repair or replacement. In the bid, each of these areas was marked and clearly described for repair or replacement in an outline of my home. Andy gave me a date for the fumigation and because Griffin also did the wood, I knew that it would be done before the fumigation. The fumigation process isn't something you want to go through often, but gives you a chance to clean out cupboards, refrigerator and freezers as well as bathroom meds, etc. The tent and fumigation is done by another company contracted by Griffin. We left the house and returned after 2 nights; by early Friday morning the tent was gone and we were able to enter and unpack the bags. There was no smell or film. Andy earns a star for customer service.....a courteous, friendly, prompt and informative young man. He always answered my calls, emails, or texts the same day. For a home improvement process that we attest, he made it a smooth process.

My home was long over-due for termite fumigation. Griffin Pest Management was one of 5 companies that I contacted for bids. There were others that I liked as well but either the price was higher or the wood work wasn't done by the same company. Andy made it happen! His crew came out and marked all of the wood areas that needed repair or replacement. In the bid, each of these areas was marked and clearly described for repair or replacement in an outline of my home. Andy gave me a date for the fumigation and because Griffin also did the wood, I knew that it would be done before the fumigation. The fumigation process isn't something you want to go through often, but gives you a chance to clean out cupboards, refrigerator and freezers as well as bathroom meds, etc. The tent and fumigation is done by another company contracted by Griffin. We left the house and returned after 2 nights; by early Friday morning the tent was gone and we were able to enter and unpack the bags. There was no smell or film. Andy earns a star for customer service.....a courteous, friendly, prompt and informative young man. He always answered my calls, emails, or texts the same day. For a home improvement process that we attest, he made it a smooth process.

Joe Wilburn handled my entire job and it was a big one. Our house is over 4,000 sq. ft. I interviewed 4 different companies. They were the ones I TRUSTED. They always showed up on time and were very polite, just real nice people.. I was thankful they were very careful with all of our plants and trees and our big palm trees around the house. They did such an excellent job doing that. I have never done a yelp before. But Joe and his guys really did an excellent job. This is a very expensive project that had to be done. We use Griffin Pest every other month to spray for critters and knock down spider webs outside our house; our serviceman does a thorough job each time, and I am very pleased. Other companies I've used never took care of spider webs. Griffin also fumigated our house for termites several months ago. The workers were very careful of the shrubs close to the house where the tent lay and no plants were ruined. Griffin supplied us with plenty of special bags needed for our food and medicines and left the house in good condition when they were finished. We got other bids for cost and Griffin was the best. I'm happy to recommend this company for pest control.
